42 Special Trains between Jabalpur – Tirunelveli & Chennai Central – Guwahati

In order to clear extra rush of passengers, 42 Special trains will be run between Jabalpur– Tirunelveli & Chennai Central - Guwahati as detailed below: -

1. Jabalpur –Tirunelveli – Jabalpur Weekly Special Train (26 Services):

​Train No. 01704 Jabalpur – Tirunelveli Weekly Special train will depart Jabalpur at 07.15 hrs on 2nd, 9th, 16th, 23rd, 30th January, 6th, 13th, 20th, 27th February, 5th, 12th, 19th & 26th March, 2020 (Thursdays) and arrive Secunderabad at 04.45 hrs on Saturday.

In the return direction, Train No. 01703 Tirunelveli - Jabalpur Weekly Special train will depart Tirunelveli at 16.00 hrs on 4th, 11th, 18th, 25th January, 1st, 8th, 15th, 22nd, 29th February, 7th, 14th, 21st & 28th March, 2020 (Saturdays) and arrive Jabalpur at 15.50 hrs on Monday.

Enroute, these Weekly Special trains will stop at Narsinghpur, Gadarwara, Pipariya, Itarsi, Narkher, New Amravati, Wardha, Balharshah, Sirpur Kagaznagar, Ramagundam, Warangal, Khammam, Vijayawada, Ongole, Nellore, Gudur, Renigunta, Tiruttani, Katpadi, Jolarpettai, Salem, Rasipuram, Namakkal, Karur, Tiruchchirappalli, Dindigul, Madurai, Virudunagar, Satur and Kovilpatti stations in both the directions.

These trains will have AC II Tier, AC III Tier, Sleeper Class and General Second Class Coaches.

2. Chennai Central– Guwahati – Chennai Central Weekly Special Trains (16 Services)

Train No. 06338 Chennai Central – Guwahati Weekly Special Train will depart Chennai Central at 06.05 hrs on 6th, 13th, 20th, 27th January, 3rd, 10th, 17th & 24th February, 2020 (Mondays) and arrive Guwahati at 14.00 hrs on Wednesday.

In the return direction, Train No. 06337 Guwahati – Chennai Central Weekly Special Train will depart Guwahati at 23.25 hrs on 8th, 15th, 22nd, 29th January, 5th, 12th, 19th & 26th February, 2020 (Wednesdays) and arrive Chennai Central at 04.30 hrs on Saturday.

Enroute these special trains will stop at Sullurupeta, Gudur, Nellore, Ongole, Tenali, Vijayawada, Eluru, Tadepalligudem, Rajahmundry, Samalkot, Tuni, Anakapalli, Duvvada, Kottavalasa, Vizianagaram, Srikakulam Rd, Palasa, Brahmapur, Khurda Rd, Bhubaneswar, Bhadrak, Balasore, Hijli, Midnapore, Bankura, Adra, Asansol, Durgapur, Rampurhat, Malda Town, Barsoi, Kishanganj, New Jalpaiguri, New Coochbehar, New Alipurduar, Kokrajhar, New Bongaigaon, Goalpara Town and Kamakhya stations in both the directions.

These trains will have AC II Tier, AC III Tier, Sleeper Class and General Second Class Coaches.
