Divisional Staff bags Gold and Silver Medals at Inter-Divisional RPF Sports Meet; Sniffer Dog ‘Remo’ bags second place in Dog Competition

South Central Railway, Vijayawada Division Railway Protection Force Staff won Gold and Silver medals at Inter-Divisional RPF Sports Meet held at Railway Sports Complex, Secunderabad on 11th May, 2022. Various competitions like Body building, Weightlifting and Dog Competition were conducted during the Sports meet.

Shri B. Samba Siva Rao, Head Constable, Vijayawada secured Gold Medal and was also awarded 'Best Lifter' award in 67 kg category weightlifting. Shri K Venu, Head Constable, Vijayawada bagged Gold Medal in 81 kg category.

In the Bodybuilding event, Shri K Srikanth, Constable, Rayanapadu secured Gold Medal and Shri K Venu  Head Constable, Vijayawada got Silver Medal.

Divisional RPF Sniffer Dog ‘Remo’ and Dog Handler Shri Vijayaraju, Head Constable, Vijayawada bagged second in the Dog competition at the RPF Duty Meet.

Shri Valleshwara B Thokala, Sr. Divisional Security Commissioner, Vijayawada Division and Shri G Madhusudhana Rao, Asst. Security Commissioner congratulated the RPF staff for securing medals and bringing laurels to the Division at the Sports Meet.
