Shri R. Dhananjayulu, Additional Genral Manager, South Central Railway inspects Narasapur–Bhimavaram Town–Gudivada–Machilipatnam Branch Line Section

 Shri R. Dhananjayulu, Additional General Manager, South Central Railway conducted extensive inspection of Narasapur–Bhimavaram Town–Gudivada–Machilipatnam Branch Line Section today i.e., 14^th February, 2024. Shri M. Srikanth, Addl. Divisional Railway Manager (Operations), Branch Officers and Staff of Vijayawada Division accompanied the AGM during the inspection of Branch Line section.

 Shri R. Dhananjayulu, AGM, SCR commenced the inspection at Narasapur Station today. AGM inspected Running Room, IOH Shed, Pit line and C& W Depot at Narasapur. He inspected On-duty SS Room, Panel board working, Booking Office and interacted with Operating and Commercial Staff at Narasapur. AGM also took part in a plantation drive at Running Room towards green environment. Shri R. Dhananjayulu discussed the Narasapur Station Development works under the umbrella works of Amrit Bharat Station Scheme programme launched recently and proceeded to Palakollu station by Self Propelled Inspection Car (SPIC) along with Officials. At Palakollu Station, he inspected all the platforms, passenger amenities and reviewed the safety aspects, operations procedure and inspected the panel room. Shri R. Dhananjayulu, AGM SCR received representation from DRUCC Members and Trade Unions at Palakollu Station during the inspection.

 In the Afternoon, Shri R. Dhananjayulu, AGM inspected Bhimavaram Town and Bhimavaram Junction Stations. At Bhimavaram, he inspected the Health Unit, Booking Office, circulating area, Goods Shed and Foot Over Bridges. He also took part in the plantation drive at Bhimavaram Health Unit along with Staff.  At Bhimavaram Town Station, AGM inspected the West circulating area and East-side new entry; He also took stock of the progress of Station Development works at Bhimavaram Town under the Amrit Bharat Stations and the loading performance and pattern at Bhimavaram Town.  Shri R. Dhananjayulu, AGM directed the officials to expedite Station Development and pending Traffic facility and other infrastructure works. He also emphasized on punctuality and safety in train operations in the sections.

 Later Shri R. Dhananjayulu, AGM inspected the passenger amenities, Good Sheds, Parcel Offices, circulating areas, FOB’s and Cleanliness at Akividu, Mandavalli and Gudivada Stations and conducted rear window inspection till Machilipatnam. At Machilipatnam, he inspected Goods Shed amenities, Running Room, Coaching Depot, Passenger amenities and concluded with Station inspection. 

 Shri Vavilapalli Rambabu, Sr.DCM; Shri D. Narendra Varma, Sr.DOM; Shri K. Srinivasa Rao, Sr. DEE TRSO; Shri T. Suresh, Sr.DEE, Maintenance; Shri K. Sridhar, DEN (East), Other Officers, Inspectors & Staff of Vijayawada Division took part in the inspection today.
