e-Tendering of Commercial Earnings’ Contracts

Vijayawada Division switched to ‘e-Tendering’ for processing of Commercial Earnings’ Contracts from 1st February, 2019. The Electronic Tenders (E-Tenders) will be available on Indian Railways ‘e-Tendering’ Portal, www.ireps.gov.in. The bidders must tender their bid offers through online only on the above mentioned website. Henceforth, Submission of manual offers against electronic tenders is not allowed and any manual offers received shall be summarily rejected.

The Bidders must have to get registered free of cost on IREPS Portal through online for submission of electronic tenders. Interested contractors can access online registration form by clicking on 'New Vendors/ Contractors' link on the home page of IREPS Portal.

For registration and submission of 'Electronic Offers', the contractors will need a 'Class III Digital Signing Certificate' with company name issued by any Certifying Authority (CA) authorized by Controller of Certifying Authorities, India (CCA). The list of Certifying Authorities for obtaining “Digital Signing Certificate” is available on the website www.cca.gov.in.

A permanent 'Help Desk' is available to clarify the doubts of contractors and assist them on various aspects of e-tendering. Contractors are requested to not the change and cooperate with Railway administration.
