Railway Employee’s Son bags 120th rank in Civil Services Examination-2020

Shri Shivendra Mohan, DRM congratulates Mr. B. ChandraKanth Reddy on his achievement

Shri Baddeli Chandrakanth Reddy, son of Shri Baddeli Venkateswarulu Reddy, Chief Office Superintendent, Works Section, Engineering Branch, Vijayawada Division, South Central Railway secured State 120th Rank in the Civil Services Examination-2020 held by Union Public Service Commission.

Shri B. Chandrakanth Reddy aged 25 years cleared the top UPSC exam in his third attempt successfully. He completed his Bachelor Degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering (B-Tech) with 89% from Vellore Institute of Technology, Vellore, Tamil Nadu in the year 2017.  He also scored more than 90 % in both SSC and Intermediate exams. Shri B. Venkateswarulu Reddy, who got appointed as Traction Assistant in the year 1991 and working for the Division since last 30 years was extremely happy and glad to share his son’s performance in Civil Services Exams results declared recently. 

Shri Shivendra Mohan, Divisional Railway Manager, Vijayawada personally congratulated the proud father and his son for his outstanding performance. He complimented his sheer determination and hard work in clearing the India’s most prestigious exam and wished him good luck.​
