Staff of Ticket Checking, Vijayawada Division, South Central Railway were presented with Merit certificates today at Divisional Office, Vijayawada on September 22, 2022. Shri Vavilapalli. Ram Babu, IRTS, Sr. Divisional Commercial Manager, Vijayawada Division and Shri N. Kiran Kumar, IRTS, Divisional Commercial Manager, Vijayawada presented the awards to Ticket checking Staff. Five Staff from Sleeper, Conductor, Stations, Squad and Amenities Depot were awarded with Merit certificates for their top-notch performance during August-2022. Special Award was also given to staff for recording highest POS transactions. The details of the staff are as follows:

Shri Vavilapalli. Ram Babu, IRTS, Sr. Divisional Commercial Manager, Vijayawada Division congratulated the Ticket Checking Staff of Vijayawada Division for their impressive performance during August. Sr.DCM said that such awards will boost the morale of the staff and motivates them to perform better. Sr.DCM suggested the staff to keep continuing the momentum and be vigilant, alert and tend to the needs of the passengers, while on duty. Shri Vavilapalli. Ram Babu, Sr. DCM said that during August, 2022, Ticket Checking Staff of Vijayawada Division recorded a total of 66,998 Cases and Rs.4.9 Crore was realized through Special Ticket Checking drives, Squad, Surprise and regular inspections by the staff.
