Ticket Checking Staff presented with Merit Certificates

  

Special Appreciation Letter for Lady TTE for attending
pregnant lady suffering with labour pains on board Alleppey-Dhanbad Express

 

Staff of Ticket Checking, Vijayawada Division, South Central Railway were presented with Merit Certificates today at Divisional Office, Vijayawada today i.e., 29th November, 2022. Shri Vavilapalli Rambabu, IRTS, Sr. Divisional Commercial Manager, Vijayawada Division presented the awards to Ticket checking Staff. Total 6 Staff from Sleeper, Depot was awarded with Merit certificates for their top-notch performance during October-2022. A special appreciation letter was presented to lady TTE for tending the pregnant lady on train and displaying exemplary customer care and hospitality. The details of the staff are as follows:

Assisted in getting medical help for lady suffering with labour pains travelling by Train No.13351 Alleppey- Dhanbad Express on 17.11.2022 by calling 108. And also, for helping her in detraining at Nidadavolu Station and guiding her safely to the Government Hospital.

 Shri Vavilapalli Rambabu, IRTS, Sr. DCM congratulated the Ticket Checking Staff of Sleeper Depot for their impressive performance during October 2022. Sr. DCM said that the Merit Certificates are being awarded every month to staff to motivate them and inspire them to perform better. Sr. DCM suggested the Ticket Checking Staff of Sleeper Depot Staff to improve the individual average, be vigilant, alert and tend to the needs of the passengers while on duty.  He said that during the month of the October, 2022 Ticket Checking Staff of Vijayawada Division recorded a total of 70,273 Cases and Rs.4.53 Crore was realized through Special Ticket Checking Drives, Squad, Surprise and regular inspections by the staff.
