183rd Divisional Official Language Implementation Committee meeting held

South Central Railway, Vijayawada Division conducted 183rd Divisional Official Language Implementation Committee meeting, under the Chairmanship of Shri Shivendra Mohan, Divisional Railway Manager, Vijayawada on 20th June, 2023  at DRM’s Conference Hall, Vijayawada. Shri M. Srikanth, ADRM, Operations & Shri D. Srinivasa Rao, ADRM, Infrastructure & Branch Officers took part in the DOLIC Meeting.

Shri Asha Mahesh Kumar, Rajbhasha Adhikari welcomed all the members to the DOLIC meeting and highlighted the progress achieved by this division towards official language implementation through PPT Presentation. He explained about Hindi workshops, Seminars which were conducted and table training imparted to the employees working across the Vijayawada Division and units during the quarter. He also focused on the various implementation items of Rajbhasha and urged all to co-ordinate as it is our prime duty to fulfill the targets laid down for Official Language Act

 Addressing the committee members Shri Shivendra Mohan, Divisional Railway Manager, Vijayawada congratulated all the officers for bagging Second Place in Akhil Railway Hindi Drama Competition held at Kapurthala in March, 2023. DRM insisted upon the importance of Implementation of Official Language for National Integration.  He reiterated the responsibility of all the Central Government Offices to implement Hindi in the day-to-day Official Work. He gave suggestions regarding Implementation of Rajbhasha Hindi in day-to-day working. Shri M. Srikanth, ADRM, Operations lauded the efforts of Hindi Department of Vijayawada Division in Official Language implementation in day to day working. Shri Asha Mahesh Kumar, Rajbhash Adhikari concluded the meeting with vote of thanks.
