Safety Seminar Conducted

SCR Vijayawada Division conducted Safety Seminar for Guards, Loco pilots and online staff at Divisional Railway Auditorium on 21st August, 2019. Shri. P. Srinivas, Divisional Railway Manager, Vijayawada graced the occasion as Chief Guest.

Speaking on the occasion, Shri P. Srinivas, DRM advised the field staff to adopt stress free life, practice yoga, physical exercises and good sleep to remain active and healthy. DRM also briefed the field staff about the importance of leading a Healthy lifestyle, which will have a positive impact on individual’s performance in dealing crisis situations 

Dr. Pratyusha Subba Rao, President, AP Psychologists Federation counseled staff and family members on the issues of stress and it’s ill effects and gave valuable suggestions on stress management. Shri P. Raghunath Reddy, Sr Divisional Safety Officer, Vijayawada delivered the Vote of Thanks and concluded the seminar
