Ms. Nusrat M. Mandrupkar has taken over charge as Public Relations Officer, Vijayawada Division, South Central Railway on 26.09.2019. Ms. Nusrat M. Mandrupkar joined Indian Railways in the year 2007 and worked as Production Assistant in CPRO Office, Rail Nilayam, Secunderabad. Ms. Nusrat M. Mandrupkar did her graduation from Sir J.J. Institute of Applied Arts, Mumbai and topped her Masters Degree in Mass Communication and Public Relations in December 2017 from Dr. BR. Ambedkar Open University, Hyderabad. She participated in many Organizational Theatrical Productions, Cultural programmes and is an avid reader.
