Shri D. Srinivasa Rao, IRSE takes charge as Additional Divisional Railway Manager, Infrastructure, Vijayawada Division, South Central Railway

Shri D. Srinivasa Rao assumed charge as ADRM (Infrastructure), Vijayawada on 16th November, 2020. He belongs to 1998 batch of Indian Engineering Services (IRSE). Prior to the new assignment he was serving as Chief Workshop Manager, Rayanapadu.

In South Central Railway, he has worked in various capacities in Engineering Department and played a vital role in commissioning of Nanded-Mudkhed, Nandyal-Yerraguntla railway line doubling works and other important infrastructure projects taken up by SCR. Shri D. Srinivasa Rao holds a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Andhra University, Visakhapatnam.

He started his career in Indian Railways as Asst. Divisional Engineer at Raichur and worked as Divisional Engineer and Sr. Divisional Engineer (Sr. DEN) at Guntakal & Sr. DEN at Secunderabad Division. He also worked as Deputy Chief Engineer (Constructions) at Secunderabad, Kadapa, Guntur and Vijayawada and on promotion he joined as Chief Workshop Manager at Rayanapadu.

Shri M.V.S Ramaraju, currently serving the Division as ADRM (Infrastructure) is now posted as Chief Engineer (Constructions) at South Central Railway, Zonal Head Quarters, Secunderabad.
