Shri Shivendra Mohan, Divisional Railway Manager conducts inspection of Anakapalle- Vijayawada section

Shri Shivendra Mohan, Divisional Railway Manager conducted rear window inspection of Anakapalle-Vijayawada Section on 9th February, 2022.

Shri Shivendra Mohan commenced his inspection from Visakhapatnam by inspecting the staff amenities at Running Room and TTEs Rest Room of the Division at Visakhapatnam. He interacted with Loco Pilots and TTEs regarding any improvements to amenities and difficulties in carrying out duties. He also planted saplings along with officers towards green environment at Running Room, Visakhapatnam.

The DRM commenced the rear window inspection from Duvvada. He inspected Bayyavaram Goodshed and the progress of Developmental works undertaken by the Division. He inspected Annavaram Railway station and passenger amenities like waiting hall, FOB and seating arrangements. He also inspected Ravikampadu Goodshed and the amenities provided for the staff and workers.

At Rajahmundry, Shri Shivendra Mohan, DRM inspected the crew booking lobby. He also checked the functioning of breathalyzers, Signing In/Off registers and other safety gadgets. Later he conducted rear window inspection between Rajahmundry and Vijayawada.

 

During the rear window inspection, DRM inspected, exchanging of All right signals, cleanliness of tracks, major & minor bridges, turn outs, safety points, OHE Maintenance and observation of caution orders and speed restrictions. DRM advised the officials to expedite the pending development works at Goodsheds, safety related works and other infrastructural works taken up. He said that strict compliance to Safety guidelines plays a paramount part in avoiding untoward incidents.
