APPREHENSION OF 6 PERSONS (INCLUDING 3 JUVENILES) IN STONE PELTING ON VANDE BHARAT EXP AT SAMALKOT STATION

In connection with stone pelting on Vande Bharat, on 01.05.2023, PC RJY has arrested 6 persons including 3 juveniles for stone pelting on Vande Bharat Exp on 28.4.2023 between Samalkot-Pithapuram stations.  3 persons produced before the Railway Court Vijayawada and they were remanded upto 16.5.2023 and  3 Juveniles were produced before the JJ Court, RJY in crime no: 429/23 u/s 153 of Railways Act.  This is for kind information.
