Railway Officials felicitate Veteran Halt Ticket Agent for his distinguished services

The Octogenarian served Vijayawada Division for 47 years as  Bhalabhadrapuram Halt Ticketing Agent 

As a Thanksgiving gesture and token of appreciation, Railway Officials of Commercial Department of Vijayawada Division, South Central Railway felicitated 87 years old, Shri Bikkavolu Satyanarayanacharyulu garu for his 47 years of uninterrupted services as Halt Ticketing Agent of Bhalabhadrapuram Station in Rajahmundry section of Vijayawada Division. He worked as Halt Ticketing Agent of Bhalabhadrapuram Station continuously from 1958-2005.

In recognition of his exemplary services as Halt Ticketing Agent for 47 years, Shri Vavilaplli. Rambabu, IRTS, Sr. Divisional Commercial Manager, Division felicitated Shri Bikkavolu. Satyanarayanacharyulu at Divisional Railway Manager Office, Vijayawada. Shri Vavilaplli. Rambabu, Sr. DCM lauded him for rendering invaluable services as halt agent for close to five decades without any public complaint, keeping his track record impeccable and facilitating rail passengers of the region.

Shri Bikkavolu. Satyanarayanacharyulu expressed his heartfelt gratitude and happiness for acknowledging his services and felicitating him. Shri Bikkavolu Satyanarayanacharyulu recollected his old days of working, transitions and massive developments in Indian Railways. He shared some insights & suggestions for serving passengers better.
