operational efficiency.”
Echoing the same
sentiment, Shri Srinivasa Rao Konda, ADRM (Operations), said, “In
today’s high-paced work environment, Yoga offers a much-needed pause, a way to
reconnect with our inner self. It not only nurtures physical health but also
promotes emotional resilience and mental clarity, which are essential for
railway professionals. Let us all take a collective pledge to integrate Yoga
into our routines for a healthier workforce.”
At the outset, Smt.
